Service does not include hardware replacement or software costs. Discount only valid for first time customers, minimal time for all visits is one hour. After the first hour, the client will be charged in 15 minute increments. Parts and software will be billed at retail rates, all parts come with receipt*. Trip charges may occur for visits outside of the Boston Metro Area **.
